Inside this updated Princeville condo you'll find elegant appointments and comfortable contemporary furniture. The kitchen has plenty of space if you want to stay in and cook. Washer and dryer are right in the condo. You won't mind an occasional rainy day at this north shore Kauai condo. It's a pleasure to stay in and relax, enjoy the view - even watch for whales and spinner dolphins - and savor the peace and privacy of this perfect location. All of our Kauai vacation rentals at Alii Kai are 1200 square feet with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a private lanai.

With unobstructed ocean views from the living room and both bedrooms, you can lie in bed and watch the waves roll in or fall asleep to the sounds of the surf at night - - yes, you can admire the view without even getting out of bed! The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed. Cable TV, telephone, and free wifi are provided. The bedroom televisions work on both cable and Roku. Complex includes a swimming pool. There is a shared gas barbecue grill which our guests are welcome to use. Cook up your catch of the day or throw on some fresh Kauai beef burgers.

You'll find casual dining at Hideaways Pizza Pub and oceanfront fine dining at the Princeville St Regis just over a mile away. The scenic town of Hanalei and the great beach at Hanalei Bay are 10 minutes away, Anini beach 10 minutes away, and other attractions like botanical gardens, horseback riding, and ziplining are also nearby.

Great location on northern coast

Very nice condo with everything you could need. Restaurants nearby. My only complaint was that it smelled like dog. Of course, when it rained, it was a stronger order. Also, there are 3 flights of stairs.....but the view is worth the climb.

Lovely condo. Tastefully furnished. Contemporary and clean. Loved the views. Appreciated the adirondack chairs on the point overlooking the ocean. Convenient location in Princeville, near commercial area and access to the daily line of cars waiting for road to open to get to Hanalea (road open only three times a day when we were there). Perfect for a family of four. Kitchen small, but otherwise condo is spacious. Would be nice to supply a starter of coffee. Good to have AC, which we used every night.
