Plantation at Princeville 1322: This elegant air-conditioned Kauai vacation rental at The Plantation at Princeville is close to everything! You'll be just a few minutes drive from great beaches like Anini, Hideaways, and Hanalei. It's one mile to the Princeville shopping center with its shops, restaurants, grocery store, and gas station. The Makai golf course and tennis courts are a mile in the other direction. The walking/biking path through Princeville is right across the street which makes it easy to head to the shopping center, park, library, or beach, without having to get the car out of the garage! These upscale north shore condos have ocean, mountain, and waterfall views. They share a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, conference room, and mail center. Garage parking is available.

Ideally situated away from the main road, Plantation 1322 sleeps six in luxurious climate-controlled comfort. The master suite and the first guest bedroom have king beds. The second guest bedroom includes two twin beds, which may be converted to another king bed with advance request. Please note that the central AC does not vent into the guest bedrooms, so you'll want to sleep with either the door or the window open. The furnishings are both high quality and very comfortable. You'll find a full kitchen with bar seating, dining table with seating for 4, and living room with flat screen TV.

There are three bathrooms. The master bathroom is very large and includes a jetted Jacuzzi tub. The guest bathrooms have both a tub and a shower. You'll also enjoy an in-unit washer/dryer, free high-speed internet, and cable TV. The large, shady, private lanai overlooks the grounds and comfortably seats six people. It's a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a casual al fresco dinner! Mountain views.

Best area of the island in which to stay. Thank goodness we had such a good apartment because we had to cook all meals - no restaurants were available for any meal. All booked up. The views were amazing. Beaches beautiful to look at. Could only sit on one beach for about 2 hours. It was down pouring morning noon and night. TV did not work so we just read. Again so lucky to have this great place to stay! Thanks

We so loved our time at Plantation at Princeville 1322. The condo was very spacious and filled with great light. There were some maintanance issues which the management offered to repair. But overall this was a wonderful experience

Great unit. Lovely condo complex. Had everything needed and was well equipped. The manager for the complex was AMAZING, stayed in contact, always updated us if there was any kind of work in the complex. She was super quick to address and issues. Only suggestion: Could use some new knives that are actually sharp enough to cut things...

We enjoyed the condo. It was easy to feel it was out home away from home. It met the needs of our diverse group - my senior parents and my children. We enjoyed the extras onsite, although the pool was cool. We enjoyed the hot tub and made good use of the communal barbecue. We appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards.

This unit was as expected, and had room for the 4 adults and 2 children that were were travelling with. The unit itself was nice and clean, and the facilities were good. This was a great spot to explore the north shore from. The garage fit our smaller SUV, but did not fit the Yukon XL we had rented, but we were always able to find a spot outside to park the Yukon. The beach equipment in the garage was well stocked with beach toys, lawn chairs and boogie boards for our kids. Their was a smart TV in the living room that was great for the kids to watch netflix when we were relaxing in the room. The property management company, Kauai Kahuna was responsive and helpful when we had questions. This unit has easy access to the walking trails in Princeville. A vehicle is recommended if you are staying here - we drove to Hanalei Pier or Anini beach to swim and snorkel almost every day. The pool is not heated, but it is easy to hop into the hot tub to warm up. We never had to wait to use the grill when we needed it. Overall, I would stay here again - for a 3 bed unit in this location, the price was just right.

Very nice stay, We had 6 people and we all fit! The management company did a good job and we had no issues. Everything was as stated. 2 things we would have liked to be changed it had a very small TV in living room and low water pressure throughout the home. We would stay again. 6th time to Kauai.
