Mauna Kai 5A has a beautifully updated interior, with real wood floors and locally sourced artwork throughout the unit!

The large lanai wraps around the entire unit, with plenty of seating for everyone in your group to enjoy the outdoor space!

Everything you need is in the well appointed kitchen: full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee pot, all the pots/pans, dishes, and utensils you may need, and a small selection of basic cooking supplies. 

The master bedroom is air conditioned as well (a true luxury), but you have your own private access to the large lanai if you prefer to keep the doors open for some fresh air!

There's plenty of unique and beautiful local art on the walls for you to inspect and admire! Each room has been specially curated, which makes the home feel warm and inviting. 

Down the hallway you'll find the very comfortable, very roomy master bedroom!

Relax after a long day exploring in the plush, king sized bed. Getting a good night's sleep will be no problem here!

The bedroom lanai has a comfortable seating area for two, perfect for taking in the sunrise or sunset together!

For those of us needing to take a working vacation, there's a comfortable and quiet dedicated work space in the master bedroom! The desk chair, well-lit desk, and extra monitor are perfect for hammering out those emails before hitting the beach. 

Back inside, the en suite master bathroom is spacious and stylish. With a large tub and shower, separate water closet, and well-lit vanity area, getting ready for an evening date night in Hanalei will be a breeze!

Just through the sliding doors in the master bathroom are the washer and dryer, a real help for dealing with sandy swimsuits!

The living room has a beautiful koa wood couch and chairs, upholstered with an eclectic tropical print that gives it that Hawaiiana feel!

You'll also find a large TV in the living room for some evening unwinding! You can keep the lanai doors open to let the breezes drift through, but the unit is a fully air conditioned haven. 

The comfy patio furniture off the main living area is great for enjoying the temperate tropical weather and cool trade winds.

You can stay in and enjoy a meal with your whole crew at the 6-person dining table, surrounded by more beautiful local art!

The open flow continues from the dining area to the fully stocked kitchen. You can even keep the cook company thanks to the additional bar seating!

If dining al fresco is more your style, you'll also find an outdoor dining table for 4 just off the kitchen on the wrap around lanai. 

For the bookworms out there, you can select a book from the well-stocked shelf to enjoy on your trip! You'll also find a small selection of workout gear in the storage closet pictured to the right. 

There's another mini split unit in the second bedroom, so you can fall asleep in air conditioned bliss!

The second bedroom is another comfortable retreat, with a pillow topped queen bed and small smart TV. 

The second full bathroom just next door has a spacious walk-in shower, and another well-lit vanity with plenty of space for your toiletries. 

Just off to the side of the dining area there's a cozy seating area for 2. Situated between the lanai doors, this is a perfect place to throw the doors open and enjoy the breeze while unwinding with a book or a beverage!

The Mauna Kai complex pool is perfect for a relaxing day swimming and catching some sun! You'll also find gas grills and an outdoor dining area in the cabana, perfect for grilling out with the family

There's a small selection of exercise equipment, like weights and a yoga mat, as well as plenty of beach gear and toys for your convenience! You'll find beach towels, chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards all within the unit. 

The Mauna Kai complex and nearby Makai Golf Course

Mauna Kai 5A is right nearby the greenbelt that runs through the Makai Golf Course and all the way down to the One Hotel at the other end of Princeville. Take an afternoon stroll through the greenery and catch views of the ocean along the way!
