Operating Your Lockbox
Push down the buttons corresponding to the numerical code you were provided in your check-in instructions.
If you make a mistake, slide the “clear” button and release, then begin again.
Once you have correctly entered the numbers, slide the “open” button and pull the entire face off of the lockbox.
Once you have opened the door, we recommend replacing the key in the lockbox so you do not risk losing it or locking it inside the unit.
The lock may re-engage while you are removing the key. If that happens, you will need to repeat the sequence above for opening the lockbox, then replace the face while holding the “open” button .
Your lockbox may not look exactly like this, but it will operate in the same manner.
NOTE: We highly recommend keeping one key in the lockbox AT ALL TIMES to prevent lock-outs. When you check out, a key must be placed back in the lockbox. If you lock the key inside the unit when you check out, instead of placing it in the lockbox, a $50 lock-out fee will be charged to you
